in lack of clients hire yourself, the death, selfmurder...?

A meaning? What is the meaning of all this? Who knows, the question is, how is this next paragraph related to the Classic:
the lack of imagination on the designers side
should not be allowed to affect the human
experience of an adventuregame
the experience is one of visiting another world,
visiting trough the eyes of yourself, because
you if allowed to think for yourself will be there
the surroundings of life is all in your mind,
why shouldn't a ficitonal life be yours
let adventuregames live and kill the classic
kill the designers who lack the imagination,
the IT which is needed to create the
adventuregame of all times
adventuregames have died, it's the fault of history
and the meaning of the word classic
but once again shell IT be found and with IT
shall the experience return
soon IT will be time, time to kill the classic
and time to RISE again
let adventure games live
hit key to begin
An analysis? An analysis of the above paragraph then? First of, yes, we're all a poet (which should be obvious by the ending of the paragraph). Anyway, let's for the sake of it argue with the screen, that glass covered rectangular shaped coloss you'r staring at, or simply the thing this text is appearing on. Isn't it really so that the adventure is more about the story, the story from which it emerges, in the novel Classic the story is told and experienced so differently than in the adventure Classic, in the adventure fragments of the novel exists which if put put together will formulate the essence of the novell, somewhat at least, but yes there is a walkthrough, but don't read it, still the experience of the adventure is something so different, you'r walking there, you'r seeing it, not making it up, there is a world inside, inside there... behind the glass covering the screen, you are there, and it is late and I'm tiered of writing this text since I've forgotten what it was all about. Troubleshooting No "classic.exe" in zip: In case your download of classic.zip contains no "classic.exe" but a "city.exe", don't worry, you have all files. In the first zip distribution the distributor (me) simply forgot to change the name of the file "city.exe" to "classic.exe". City for that part is an alternative/working title for Classic. Running Classic under Win2k: If you are trying to run Classic under win2k (windows 2000), I'm afraid you'r on your own. Win2k has very little dos support, if you by an offchance manage to get a dos game running under win2k you'll probably notice you have no sound (which can perhaps be solved by searching the net for some third-party drivers). I'm afraid I can offer no help on getting Classic to run under win2k, but if someone manages to get the game to run under win2k, by all means, please let me know so I can add some how-to instructions to this page! The future Interested in the future? A sequel? Who knows, I'm most eager to write one, some encouragment wont hurt! :) The truth is I have some other idea I wish to bring to life too, but a sequel of Classic will be made (perhaps not a sequel in the traditional terms). I have a novel written (which isn't a sequel to Classic, but to me it's all about the mood, and as such it is also different, still I think it can - if one wants to - be seen as a sequel, though it wont be neccessary). It will be interesting to attempt to realize it as an adventure, perhaps even impossible. Clear? Perhaps I sound arrogant and traditional, but hey, have you seen Classic? If so perhaps you understand it's all just an cliche, an ironic gesture if you so wish.
