Subject: Where are the SlamTilt 3D tables?
I remember some time last year I saw pictures posted on here for a new 3D version of two of the Slamtilt tables (Pirate and Night of the Demon I believe). Is that game available yet? I haven't heard any more about it and haven't seen it for sale. Is it still going to be available and if so where/when can I find it? I haven't purchased Fantastic Journey yet. I haven't seen it for sale, so I guess I'll have to order it online. I must say I'm disappointed to hear that so many dislike it, but I what I read about the rules are true, then I can understand. I mean ProPinball may be the best simulation of pinball in the world, but a bad table is a bad table, i guess. There are plenty of real pinball machines I don't like and so I guess there's always a chance I won't like a ProPinball simulated one. As it stands now, I like BRUSA the best (I like the theme, the rules and shots; some may say it's corny, but I think Timeshock is serious to the point of boredom whereas BRUSA is always fun and amusing). Timeshock is still awesome, however. The Web doesn't flow the same, but it's still better than all the other Pinball sims out there (except possibly Pinball Fantasies which I still think is awesome even today and even in 2D scrolling). I think maybe the Fantasies tables would translate better to 3D than Slamtilt. Maybe with added multiball to the Nightmare Table's lock mode., etc.
