Battle Pinball '99 Original Publishing Date (y/m/d): 1999-07-28 Notice: After having received numerous emails that the demo of this title doesn't work and is a complete rip-off (in download-time that is), I'm posting this notice so noone else has to go through the trouble of downloading the demo only to find out that it wont run. I haven't downloaded it myself so I really don't know. Developer IKGN has released a to me until recently unkown pinball (thanks Lingle for the tip!) titled Battle Pinball '99.
The pinball features a number of tables (6-7) which it seems can be played alone against the computer or against another human player. Visit the pinballs homepage for more information (link below). Below is a excerpt copy of the description of the pinball found on the pinballs official homepage. Just think about it! A two-handed play on the traditional pinball game was nothing more than taking turns to try to make the most points. It may look much like a traditional game at the first glance, but hiding within it is a new unique form of the pinball game. Two pinball players in opposition to each other, competing to achieve higher points, and hindering the opponent from scoring points by using magic or killing the opponent's ball. This is a competitive pinball game with one objective - to win! You will soon realize that the days of the simple high-score pinball game have passed. If you ever feel that a battle against the computer is a little dull, (even against a computer that is armed with programmed artificial intelligence), then a pinball game match with family or friends can be really exciting.
